Had Kevin over at Iron Mountain install a water softener system for our house. I explained what I was looking for and he explained various systems and the pros and cons of each system to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The installation is very clean and can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He even replaced my regulator and replaced a leaking water spout, as well as a second faucet after the softener for spot free car washes! Hopefully I don't have any urgent plumbing needs, but if I do, I'll be giving Iron Mountain a call.

He was thorough in his explanation of what the issues were and what he was doing, showing me the old blocked p trap as he put in the new one. Would recommend for future services

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin is a professional from start to finish. After I made an appointment, I received a text to confirm my scheduled appointment, as well as a text update when he was on the way. He was thorough in inspecting my problem, and also offered 2 solutions - a short-term (repair) or long-term (replacement), with pricing. He explained what he was going to do, as well as how I ended up with the problems that caused his visit. I've had a second appointment to address my kitchen sink issue, as the first appointment a shower water leak. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a pretty bad water leak develop in our 1960s-era home that develop inside of a wall where a washer used to be connected decades ago. There was a huge wet spot developing on the outer wall stucco. First had a different plumbing company (one of those big corporate plumbing companies) come out to inspect and they told us our drains were backed up (we did happen to have a backed up kitchen sink at the same time) They wanted to break ground and the outer wall to redo our entire drain system, with a $30,000+ quote. We DID NOT like that at all...

So we reached out to Iron Mountain Plumbing for a second opinion. Taylor came out, and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem it as just a leaking copper line inside the wall. She proceeded to replace the copper line with all new piping, and added a new expansion tank on our water heater. She also easily unclogged our kitchen sink. Total cost? Not even 1/6th of the quote we received from the other company!

Best believe Iron Mountain will now be our FIRST and only choice. Thanks again!

I got to know Kevin at Iron Mountain Plumbing from Yorba Linda Buzz where multiple readers recommended their service. So I called Thursday after 5:00pm I was thinking to leave a voicemail, to my surprise, Kevin answered the phone and scheduled Friday afternoon visit. After diagnosis of the shower diverter problem , he told me this is a GROHE brand that he has to order from a specialty plumbing supplier. As Kevin promised, he emailed me the price of that kit the same day and scheduled Monday installation. Today, the shower fixed and I like to thank Kevin and his cousin for their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was extremely happy with the service I got from them. I had some water drains in my backyard that had not been cleared since before I moved into my house 5 years ago. They will not only filled with mud they were also filled with tree roots. I had water pooling in the backyard so I called Kevin and he used a router with a blade to cut through the roots and mud and we actually managed to get the drain cleared out! I thought I was going to have to break up my concrete to dig it out. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the best plumber I had the encounter and pleasure to meet, he was polite on time and got the job doné, not like other companies that come and try to sell you their water softener system, and the price can't be beat, and trust me I had three other companies come to my house, from now on I will recommend Iron Mountain plumbing to everyone I know, and you will two once you meet Kevin, great job sir keep up the awesome work you are doing, and for the other's take a lesson from Mr. Jackson. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were in a desperate situation with a badly leaking shutoff valve the Saturday after Christmas. We called Iron Mountain that morning and James, our technician/plumber was here within an hour. He explained everything he had to do, gave us an estimate and went straight to work. Everything, from call to completion of job, with cleanup, was completed in 2 hours. This being accomplished on a holiday weekend morning! James was courteous and efficient. We highly recommend them if you need plumbing repairs.
