We are really happy with the repair work Kevin at Iron Mountain completed for us. We had 3 toilets that were either broken or not working properly. Kevin showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem for each. I appreciated that he gave us 2 repair options and prices to pick from. We elected to have all the components in the tanks replaced and while it was the more expensive option, I don’t have to worry about future issues for years. James and Iron Mountain Plumbing saved me over $1k+ and did an excellent job! He replaced my flange drain in two toilets and removed the roots that clogged the drain. Added cement around the pipe to make sure they do not come again and properly sealed and placed the toilets. The first company that came wanted to charge me more than they did for one toilet not two. James at Iron Mountain Plumbing was prompt and did an excellent job on our outside sprinkler line, which had a leak. He had to cut into the concrete to get to the line, which was underground. I had a fantastic experience with Kevin at Iron Mountain Plumbing.  I had a very unique issue that I had already asked four different plumbers to come by and diagnose. None of them could do it and we’re telling me that I needed a full re-piping of the house which would cost about $25,000. Kevin worked with me to diagnose the actual problem which ended up costing less than $1000.  He was very responsive, always on time, and excellent at communication. It was a great experience and save me a ton of money that wouldn’t even have actually fixed the problem.  I can’t recommend Iron Mountain Plumbing enough.  Great plumber!

I can’t review Iron Mountain’s work as I ended up using someone else. But I will give them a 5 on their professionalism. They were very responsive to my request and quickly provided me with a solution and a quote. However, because of a contact through my work, I ended up using someone else. I got to know Kevin at Iron Mountain Plumbing from Yorba Linda Buzz where multiple readers recommended their service. So I called Thursday after 5:00pm I was thinking to leave a voicemail, to my surprise, Kevin answered the phone and scheduled Friday afternoon visit. After diagnosis of the shower diverter problem , he told me this is a GROHE brand that he has to order from a specialty plumbing supplier. As Kevin promised, he emailed me the price of that kit the same day and scheduled Monday installation. Today, the shower fixed and I like to thank Kevin and his cousin for their service. I found a pool of water under my kitchen sink, which meant it would be unusable until repaired. Iron Mountain sent someone out the same day when others were quoting delays of up to a week. Tayler explained what needed to be done and why and worked like a demon until the job was completed later that night. She was thoroughly professional and made sure the repairs and replacements were done right and everything was functioning normally before calling the job done.
