Methods include:
- Pipe relining: We insert an epoxy-coated sock into the existing line and inflate it to form a larger-diameter pipe. It takes about 24 hours for the epoxy to cure.
- Pipe bursting: We dig small holes at the beginning and end points of the damaged pipe, attach a wedge cone to the end of a cable, then pull it through to “burst” the old pipe and create a tunnel for a new line.

What is Trenchless Pipe Lining?
Trenchless pipe lining is a non-invasive repair method that creates a new, durable pipe inside an existing, damaged one without the need for extensive digging. Also known as Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, this method bypasses traditional open-trench excavation by using a flexible, epoxy-coated sleeve.
How It Works
Inspection: Plumbers first use a specialized video camera to inspect the inside of the pipeline and determine the cause of the blockage, leak, or crack.
Cleaning: The existing pipe is thoroughly cleaned to remove debris, scale, and invasive tree roots.
Insertion: A flexible, durable fabric tube (the liner) is saturated with a two-part epoxy resin. It is then inserted or blown into the old pipe through a small access point or an existing cleanout.
Inflation & Curing: The liner is inflated, pressing tightly against the inner walls of the existing pipe and taking its shape. The resin is left to cure (harden) using heat, UV light, or ambient temperature.
Completion: Once hardened, the liner becomes a strong, seamless, corrosion-resistant pipe within a pipe.

Limitations:
Requires structural integrity: The pipe must still maintain its general shape for the liner to be successfully inserted. It cannot be used if the pipe is entirely collapsed.
Slight reduction in diameter: Because a sleeve is added to the interior, it minimally reduces the pipe’s inside diameter, though this rarely affects flow capacity.
