Our water softener system needed to be replaced, and Iron Mountain was able to come out quickly to give us an estimate. They were able to return soon after to replace the cabinet with a new one. All of a sudden, I had a geyser in my backyard and leaking where the anti siphon sprinkler valves are located. I called 3 different plumbing companies. I was so happy I booked Iron Mountain Plumbing. They came out promptly with a free quote and could do the work today. The job he did today was a leak in a pipe going into the house. I didn’t have water outside or inside due to the leak. James was ver friendly and efficient. I’m so pleased with his work that tomorrow James will return and probably Kevin to fix the leaking 3 valves. They say in the trades that you can pick any two of the three. The three being "Cheap, fast, and good." Iron Mountain Plumbing is the exception to that rule. I've used them twice and my experience has been that they get there when they say they will (a little earlier actually) they are efficient and respectful of your time, and finally their rates won't break the bank. We are really happy with the repair work Kevin at Iron Mountain completed for us. We had 3 toilets that were either broken or not working properly. Kevin showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem for each. I appreciated that he gave us 2 repair options and prices to pick from. We elected to have all the components in the tanks replaced and while it was the more expensive option, I don’t have to worry about future issues for years. We had a pretty bad water leak develop in our 1960s-era home that develop inside of a wall where a washer used to be connected decades ago. There was a huge wet spot developing on the outer wall stucco. First had a different plumbing company (one of those big corporate plumbing companies) come out to inspect and they told us our drains were backed up (we did happen to have a backed up kitchen sink at the same time) They wanted to break ground and the outer wall to redo our entire drain system, with a $30,000+ quote. We DID NOT like that at all... So we reached out to Iron Mountain Plumbing for a second opinion. Taylor came out, and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem it as just a leaking copper line inside the wall. She proceeded to replace the copper line with all new piping, and added a new expansion tank on our water heater. She also easily unclogged our kitchen sink. Total cost? This is a great plumbing company! Professional, conscientious, friendly and extremely skilled! James was our plumber and he is a fantastic person and a super experienced and skilled plumber. Kevin is a professional from start to finish. After I made an appointment, I received a text to confirm my scheduled appointment, as well as a text update when he was on the way. He was thorough in inspecting my problem, and also offered 2 solutions - a short-term (repair) or long-term (replacement), with pricing. He explained what he was going to do, as well as how I ended up with the problems that caused his visit. Tayler was very professional and patient. Gave me options and let me decide what I wanted to do. Also, being a single mom, it was a nice surprise when I say a female plumber.
