Kevin did an awesome job. We were even able to get bumped up on our schedule due to a cancellation. He showed up on time explain the process solve the issue. He even ran a camera down the main line to see if there would be any future potential issues. Didn’t try and upsell me on anything. My neighbor was walking by and saw his truck out front and asked him to come look at her house as well as she was having the same issues and he gladly went to assist. Great people great values great work.

Here’s a polished draft you can use for your Yelp review. I’ll keep it warm, professional, and personal—something that makes it stand out but still feels natural. You can adjust details (like their name or the exact service) before posting:

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had such a great experience with James at Iron Mountain Plumbing. From the moment I called, James was responsive, professional, and clear about what to expect. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way I could understand.

The work was done efficiently and with real attention to detail. He even cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. My burst pipe is fixed and the whole process was stress-free.

It’s hard to find service providers you can really trust, but I feel confident recommending Iron Mountain to anyone who needs plumbing help. they are reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to work with.

I have problem with the toilet that made very loud noise after flushing. I called Iron Mountain plumbing in the morning and James came on the same day. He changed 2 valves, one inside the tank and the other that’s connected to the wall. James did a good job and price was fair. Thank you

I found a pool of water under my kitchen sink, which meant it would be unusable until repaired. Iron Mountain sent someone out the same day when others were quoting delays of up to a week. Tayler explained what needed to be done and why and worked like a demon until the job was completed later that night. She was thoroughly professional and made sure the repairs and replacements were done right and everything was functioning normally before calling the job done. I've been looking for a reliable plumbing contractor and Iron Mountain will be my first call from now on. Highly recommended.

I decided on Iron Mountain Plumbing based on recommendations from others and I was extremely happy with the service. I had to replace my water heater and the technician who did the work was Tayler. Very friendly and professional. Tayler explained the entire process plus required code updates needed as it had been 10 years since the last water heater was installed. I couldn't be happier with the job Tayler did. Thank you

Gave Kevin a call initially a few months back regarding a pipe needing repairing due to it completely corroding through in our yard. He and his team were extremely transparent and punctual. I decided to use them for my commercial building as well to add to an existing water line to have water access points for sinks and an additional fridge. Once again did not disappoint. Straightforward, friendly and got the job done.

All of a sudden, I had a geyser in my backyard and leaking where the anti siphon sprinkler valves are located. I called 3 different plumbing companies. I was so happy I booked Iron Mountain Plumbing. They came out promptly with a free quote and could do the work today. The job he did today was a leak in a pipe going into the house. I didn’t have water outside or inside due to the leak. James was ver friendly and efficient. I’m so pleased with his work that tomorrow James will return and probably Kevin to fix the leaking 3 valves. I decided to book them without getting a different quote since Kevin was honest and very fair with his initial quote today. Thanks again!

James has been so good and informative. The first time we had water coming from our downstairs ceiling and now with a pipe in the kitchen. He was efficient and cleaned up the areas well. The most important thing was that he took care of the problems.

Iron Mountain Plumbing answered my call love (not a service) on a Sunday night. It was incredibly easy to schedule my service - and super prompt. James, the technician, was friendly, professional, and expedient. It made a painful home plumbing issue painless and I literally thank God for them.

James from Iron Mountain assisted me with some copper piping changes for my DIY effort to replace an old water softener. Not everything with the DIY portion went exactly as planned so glad he was there to help. Maybe next time I leave it to the expert!
