James at Iron Mountain Plumbing was prompt and did an excellent job on our outside sprinkler line, which had a leak. He had to cut into the concrete to get to the line, which was underground. Iron Mountain Plumbing also quoted a great price to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company and their service. I would definitely use them again.

Super reliable, was able to meet up early and got it done without any issue. Will be contacting him for any next plumbing issues over here in Orange!

Iron Mountain Plumbing is the best! We were ready to leave on vacation and our water heater started leaking. Tayler arrived on short notice and secured everything for us right before we left. She returned today to complete the installation of a new water heater and did a great job. We appreciate her professionalism and the pride she demonstrates in her work. Iron Mountain has successfully completed many projects for us and we highly recommend them.

Here’s a polished draft you can use for your Yelp review. I’ll keep it warm, professional, and personal—something that makes it stand out but still feels natural. You can adjust details (like their name or the exact service) before posting:

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had such a great experience with James at Iron Mountain Plumbing. From the moment I called, James was responsive, professional, and clear about what to expect. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way I could understand.

The work was done efficiently and with real attention to detail. He even cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. My burst pipe is fixed and the whole process was stress-free.

It’s hard to find service providers you can really trust, but I feel confident recommending Iron Mountain to anyone who needs plumbing help. they are reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to work with.

We needed a new water heater. It had a slow leak and was approximately 20 years old. Just two people in our family so it had been gently used over those past 20 years. We converted from a 75 gallon to a 50 gallon so adjustments to some of the pipes had to be done. We were 100% happy with the service and the job was quickly done. Price was pretty comparable to others we had received over the telephone, but I liked that Kevin came out in person to look at our set up before he could Quote the price. After the water heater had been installed Kevin even gave us a credit from the original quote. Very nice company to work with. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using iron Mountain Plumbing. I chose the company based on word-of-mouth reviews on our local Buzz page.

I had a list of non-emergency items that needed to be dealt with including a leaky faucet outside, water heater flushing, low pressure in my shower, issues with a shower head, and concern about my water regulator.

Tayler was sent out to help with my home. Tayler is amazing; she explains everything that needs to be done to complete the repairs, gives a timeline of how long it will take, and is great about answering questions.

Tayler patiently listened to the history of my plumbing. I told her that my shower fixtures were less than a year old, and she encouraged me to call the manufacturer and see if the parts were under warranty. This step saved me several hundred dollars.

The pricing at Iron Mountain is very fair given the quality of their work, and the amount of time that it took to schedule appointments was very reasonable.

I am super picky about who I allow in my home, and I 100% recommend Iron Mountain Plumbing and will use them again.

James did a great job! Professional. Friendly. Gave clear instructions. Shared results.

He fixed a bad clog in the kitchen and did a power clean out where the pipe was back into the wall, that lead to the larger one under the house and on out. - It was decades of gunk that bought us years of time!

He came back to replace pipes under the sink upon my insistence as they weren’t originally laid out correctly. - Now, I’m happy.

I referred their company to the neighbors and they hired them as well the following day.

Thanks James!

Came downstairs on a Friday morning to water dripping from our ceiling. Honestly have not needed a plumber in many years and had no idea who to call. I turned to our community Facebook page to see if anyone had a great plumber they would recommend. I was happy to discover that Kevin at Iron Mountain was recommended over and over on several different posts by many different people. So I gave them a call.

Kevin was just as friendly and professional as many reviews said he was. He was in the midst of a time consuming job on that Friday afternoon but still made time to stop by on his way home to at least take a look and see if he could determine where the leak was coming from and stop it so it didn’t continue to leak throughout the weekend.

He found the source of the leak right away (upstairs bathroom toilet) and thankful for us it was a small leak which we were able to contain until he was available to come back and complete the job.

He fit us into his schedule the following Monday and returned to our home, completed the job and besides the small hole in our ceiling you would never even know he was here. He was so neat and tidy and respectful of our home. He did not make the hole any bigger than it needed to be and did a very clean professional job on our over 40 year old corroded pipe!

I would WITHOUT HESITATION recommend Kevin/Iron Mountain Plumbing! He was every bit as great as every review said he was.

Iron Mountain Plumbing recently installed a water softener at our home, and the service and installation were nothing short of spectacular. Kevin was quick to answer all of my questions and was able to have a technician out the next day to provide a quote for the installation. James provided three options (good, better, and best) and explained the pros and cons of each recommended solution. Once we decided which route we preferred, an installation date was scheduled promptly. James and Taylor arrived at the front end of the estimated arrival timeframe. They explained the steps for installation and were in and out in one day! We are loving the perks of the water softener in our home and have found a plumbing team we will use as long as they are around! A big thank you Kevin, James, and Taylor!

Kevin, the owner of Iron Mountain Plumbing, really knows plumbing. He has done a number of repair jobs for me over several years, including repairing pinhole leaks, installation of a new sink and installation of a p-trap in another sink. Kevin also installed our water heater. Kevin found and repaired a gas leak I had from an old, unused gas stub for the dryer. Yes, you call a plumber if you smell gas! I would recommend Kevin to anyone with plumbing needs or who has a gas leak. Kevin is kind and professional and he knows plumbing. Kevin, of Iron Mountain Plumbing, is my plumber.

James was great! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair the leak. Very fortunate to have him come and help us get our bathroom fixed. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Iron Mountain Plumbing. Kevin fixed our outside hose bibs in a timely manner, with excellent service and a fair price.

I was referred by my brother to Iron Mountain Plumbing for a shower leak issue. Kevin was very responsive and attentive when I spoke with him, and mind you I called him late in the evening. He gave me a very honest and straightforward consultation, even if it meant needing to redirect me to a local plumber so I wouldn’t have to pay for extra costs for a simple cartridge replacement. I live in Azusa and pretty far from where this business is located. This says a lot about his business’ integrity and I sincerely appreciate the guidance and honesty while consulting with him. Terrific customer service!

I just had this installed by James. He did really a good job. This is a water monitor and shutoff.

I have problem with the toilet that made very loud noise after flushing. I called Iron Mountain plumbing in the morning and James came on the same day. He changed 2 valves, one inside the tank and the other that’s connected to the wall. James did a good job and price was fair. Thank you

My husband and I are very pleased with the work Iron Mountain did. James arrived on the early end of the quoted window and was done in a few hours. He replaced a damaged section of our kitchen drain pipe. He was very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely use this company again.
